The TAKAGI 410 RYOBA 240mm Japanese Handsaw is a traditional pull saw with a replaceable stainless steel blade and a rattan handle. It is designed for making deep cuts across and along the grain in both soft wood and hard wood. The saw features impulse-hardened teeth that are triply sharpened for a long lifetime, providing a clean and precise cut. The toothed blade is 240mm in length and has a tooth pitch of 1.2/3.2mm, with 20 teeth per inch for cross cuts and 8 teeth per inch for rip cuts. This handsaw is recommended for material thicknesses greater than 3.5mm for cross cuts and greater than 1.5mm for rip cuts. It is made of alloyed tool steel and is suitable for various woodworking applications.
